Kalau tak terbiasa sarapan yang berat, buah segar bisa jadi pilihan. Pisang dan mangga cukup sebagai bekal energi hingga siang hari. Apalagi ditambah yoghurt dan cornflakes yang kaya protein dan mineral.

Bahan:
100 ml yoghurt tawar
1 sdm madu
1 buah pisang Ambon, kupas, potong-potong
100 g daging buah mangga, potong-potong
2 sdm cornflakes

Cara membuat:
Aduk yoghurt dengan madu hingga rata.
Taruh potongan mangga dan pisang dalam gelas atau mangkuk.
Beri campuran yoghurt.
Taburi cornflakes. Sajikan segera.
