Es Pelangi

Bahan-bahan :

* 250 ml santan kental
* 1 1/2 sdm tepung maizena
* 450 ml santan encer
* 150 ml air
* 250 gr gula pasir
* garam secukupnya
* 250 gr biji delima
* 15 biji nangka matang (potong dadu)
* es batu secukupnya

Cara Membuat:

* Aduk santan kental, garam, tepung maizena dan kukus selama 30 menit hingga matang. Angkat, biarkan dingin. Potong dadu 2 cm.
* Didihkan santan encer, air, gula pasir, masak hingga gula larut sambil diaduk-aduk supaya santan tidak pecah. Angkat dan biarkan dingin.
* Dalam gelas saji taruh potongan maizena, biji delima, dan nangka. Tuangkan santan, aduk rata.
* Sajikan dengan es batu.
